Cancellations and Refund Policy

At Inkroot Studio, we strive to create meaningful and engaging art experiences for our community. Due to the nature of our programs — including workshops, art classes, contests, exhibitions, and events — we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy clearly to ensure transparency and clarity for all participants.

All registrations, workshop bookings, and submissions made on our website are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. Once payment is made, we begin preparing materials, scheduling, and reserving resources — many of which are non-recoverable.

• Cancellations by Participants:
  If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. While fees are non-refundable, we may offer a seat in a future batch (subject to availability) as a courtesy.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
• Cancellations by Inkroot Studio:
  If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop or class for any reason (e.g., illness, venue issues, minimum enrollment not met), you will be offered:
   
  • A full refund 
  • Or the option to transfer your booking to a future session
     

• Submission Fees are non-refundable.
  All application or entry fees for open calls, contests, or exhibitions are final and support the administrative and curatorial work involved. 
• No refunds will be granted in case of: 
  • Withdrawal after submission 
  • Disqualification due to non-compliance with guidelines 
  • Late or incomplete entries
     

If you’ve purchased access to online content (e.g., recorded sessions, toolkits, resources), these are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@inkrootstudio.org . Please share detailed images of the damaged packaging and artwork taken during unpacking.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at support@inkrootstudio.org .
